What counts as one transcription?
Every video WATCH4ME transcribes and analyses for you counts as one transcription. The quota applies per month.
What is the difference between real-time and schedules?
Real-time channels are processed as soon as a new video appears — the summary is usually ready a few minutes after upload. Scheduled channels are checked at fixed times you define yourself.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, anytime. An upgrade takes effect immediately. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I cancel?
With one click in the billing portal, anytime. Billing stops at the end of the current period — there is no minimum term.
How does the Enterprise plan work?
You book Enterprise like any other plan directly in the app via Stripe — with 50+ real-time channels. Quota and white-label reports are tailored together on request.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices are in EUR, VAT included. Billing runs securely through Stripe.
