Getting Started with WATCH4ME
New to tools like this? No problem. This guide walks you from zero to your first AI summary — and then to fully automated processing.
What Is WATCH4ME?
WATCH4ME automatically turns YouTube videos into text and AI insights. You point it at videos or channels; it transcribes them, summarizes them with AI, and can deliver the results to your other tools. It runs in the cloud — there's nothing to install.
Step 1 — Sign In
Open the app and sign in with Google (or your invited email). Once you're in, you'll see a sidebar with Content Library, Schedule Mode, Notifications and Webhooks.
Step 2 — Add a Video
Use Quick Add (the “+” in the top bar) and paste a YouTube video URL. The video appears in your Content Library.
Step 3 — Transcribe It
In the Content Library, request a transcript for the video. WATCH4ME extracts the audio and generates accurate text. When it's ready, the status updates to Transcribed.
Step 4 — Summarize with AI
Once a video is transcribed, choose Process with AI. Pick a provider (OpenAI, Anthropic or Google) and WATCH4ME produces a summary, key topics and insights you can read or reuse.
Step 5 — Monitor a Whole Channel Automatically
Instead of adding videos one by one, open Schedule Mode, add a channel, and set how often WATCH4ME should check it. New uploads are transcribed and analyzed automatically — no manual work.
Step 6 — Send Results to Your Tools (optional)
Want the summaries in Slack, Notion or your CRM? Open Webhooks, add a destination URL, and WATCH4ME will deliver each result there automatically. Developers can read the Webhooks documentation for payload details.
That's It
You now have a pipeline that turns YouTube video into searchable text and AI insight — automatically. Open the app to start.
